Jenson Button's car underweight at Imola?

The race Stewards took a long time to examine Button's car, which appeared to be under the minimum weight of 600 kg (including the driver's own weight). The car was initially over the weight limit with the remaining fuel but once this fuel was taken out of the car, the total weight dropped below the minimum weight allowed by the rule.
